Friend, first of all I am not sure why you are reaching out to me when there are so many fortune tellers in this thread :) Here's a simple question, do you notice anything odd with BCorp's chart? Anyways, I can't tell you what the freak is going on with the loan stocks but since you sound like a speculative investor (you can't be suspicious and still be here at the same time,no?), my take is - buy only what you can afford to lose. Since you are already in and just holding, DCA your way out of it if you are not comfortable. Good luck.

I have bought some at 36. From past history we all looked at bcorp always with great suspicion.
Yes, I do hope for best even I have not much bicep shares. ..The worry is if they use time line June, to sell their stocks and play us all out all over again.

Did you all notice the 508k conversion.of Loan Stocks at mr1..few days ago. Why would some one want to convert at mr1, when they could buy cheaper from market..Could this be a psychological play on us small retailers to buy when they are selling. But I do not know the terms of the Loan Stocks conversion.
As we all know VT has lots on his sleeves and trust them on their words to give them time to do good for Bcorp!
I take risk to buy and hold see down the track .

The conversion of 508k loan stocks by VT Family to BCorp shares for sale & the outstanding RM355.25 million ICULS held by VT which can be converted to 355 milion BCorp shares is like an Albatross hanging on BCorp's neck. How to fly? as soon there is profit, people will sell it down? Soon the initial pump & dump money will be exhausted without newbies to buy BCorp shares at current inflated price. How to wait until end of June for Jalil's plan which will only show results one year later in 2022?

Jalil bought from VT on special offer price for 45m to 70m....the rest Jalil bought from the open market mah!

So effectively VT sold max 70m to Jalil....the rest of VT family disposal are done by rest Vt associate companies like Sampo & berjaya cross holding companies mah!

Also company like bjland, bjtoto, bjfood, bjassets under the cross holding companies if they still hold parent bjcorp in a cross holding....they need to sell to clean up the structure mah!

In a way this will make bjcorp more efficient mah!

What double counting? You can check this is collated from official Bursa unique individual announcement and not from BCorp announcements which maybe repeated due to crossholdings.

Bullwinds This Sailang SKL can’t even interpret the bursa announcements and double counted VT disposals also don’t know! Still can give hawker’s advice!

In the sharing session just now, Jalil mentioned that he is working with a supportive board now, and he will not take up the role if he is not given complete empowerment. So, I believe that the share price will go up steadily in a long term as it's super undervalued to me now.

@ lovetzy...U must be a newbie in share market..Please.do more share market homework ...you are a very positive , cheerfu and persistence person. But this kind of character won't survive long in this share market. If you are already investing your saving in BJcorp....u must learn how to run and take profit and must learn how to stop loss if any negative movement happen.
Remember , Bjcorp is not a potential and strong and good company for you to have sentimental value on it.
you will be realized it when you have keep the shares for more than a year and still back to square one, then it will be too late cause you might have earn some profit in others good companie's shares out there ...be wise...profit ...run....and buy again on weakness and be careful not to let the shark bite you back.

Remember, read more corporate news, study and research more...u will realize what jalil did ,,, all the appearance in public,TV or FB or anything social media are very fake.
Did you realize, good and strong company doesn't do what jalil did and they can really produce good revenue to the company and shareholders.

Those 1million ..500k share is open market...which is nothing for public float...

n Jalil bought fr open market price to put extra concrete to its investors...btw jalil total wealth is more den what he holding @ bjcorp... for sure thr is big fund manager in the game...

Do not too optimistic n too pessimistic...

So effectively VT sold max 70m to Jalil....the rest of VT family disposal are done by rest Vt associate companies like Sampo & berjaya cross holding companies mah!

Also company like bjland, bjtoto, bjfood, bjassets under the cross holding companies if they still hold parent bjcorp in a cross holding....they need to sell to clean up the structure mah!

In a way this will make bjcorp more efficient mah!
