VT sell again, claim the share interest somewhere and sell down BJcorp price in open market? Cash out gain will later use to buy up companies outside of BJCorp such as Redtone and cares? Keeping the BJcorp price low consistently will eventually force existing minority/retailers end up sell cheap at loss while drive new investors to stay away from this counter? if true....how to expect Mr. Jalil can improve the investment relationship?? But I think Jalil's dividend policy and chopping off the MLUs initiative will remediate this, with assumption ONLY he MANAGE to implement these policy in which major challenges ahead and if he won the fight.......hehehe.................

He sold the bcorp iculs maturing 2022, if it mature, it will be converted to bjcorp shares, he worry that may trigger GO loh!

"If" then it is better to keep BJtoto as long as the leakages and dividend policy is define and enforced, the FDI will more than welcome to invest. I am at view it is higher chance to get better dividend by keeping Toto looking at the chart Jalil presented. After all, Syariah compliance can invest in subsidiary that compliance to their requirements. Can use GENM as a good example.....hehehe.............

They need to sell in the open market, in order to let its macai buy mah!

If they do off market deals in their disposals, people will view as corporate governance issues like related party transactions & worse potential collusion with cronies mah!

Open market...avoid this issues bcos anybody can buy loh!

Related Party transaction is common in bursa, if this is your concerns, just ask Jalil find someone that not in your cronies or Related Party transactions to deal in one go. Continuously dumping small amount into open market also can risk to view as an act of market manipulation and cause the existing minority/retainers shareholders investment suffer suppressed while drive away new investors into this counter, worst still this is jeopardizing VT public image & credibility. Let Jalil do this work, don't think you can do it since you even disagree to revalue "lands" value for public investors benefits. Big pictures is important, master said: can't see big picture can't play bigger roles .........hehehe........................

I m not god mah...no one expect covid hit above 11,000 a day for msia mah!

But one thing we can expect is that covid will eventually go away loh and bjcorp will eventually advance alot in the longer term mah!
