At least Rm 5.00 per share mah!

What is the share price of bjcorp leh ?
25.5 sen only mah!

Assuming Bjcorp going to lose 5 sen every year for the next 3 yr it only cost 15 sen mah!

Thus NAV Rm 5.00 minus original investment 25.5 sen plus 15 sen losses u still get Rm 4.59 margin of safety mah!

Your investment cost only 25.5 sen...that means u still can get 18x margin of safety or 1800% more base on your holding value after 3 years mah!
There is so much value or margin of safety to cover for your penny investment mah!

But do remember according to plan after 2 years CEO Jalil will monetize at least Rm 2 billion of Bjcorp....assets this will generate more than Rm 1.2b in profit loh!

That's why TA is important to monitor the trend so can take advantage if any changes happens. Btw it's very hard to sell RM3 billions in fixed assets during a downturn to pay off BCorp's RM2 to 3 billion debts due this year?

Let raider explain loh...u want to get to work....but based on TA chart reading....your journey will be delayed by 1 hour...bcos of traffic jam mah! THAT IS TA LOH!

But base on FA...it is essential u go to work...bcos your family livehood....is fundamentally dependant on u making a livehood from your job to support your whole family mah! THAT IS FA MAH!

Thus base on the info available , FA wise..it is still essential u go to work, even though u knew base on TA will setback your journey by 1 hr mah!
