WISE complements WCE..even better the shelved Section 12 from Siputeh to Changkat Keruing can now be realized as there would be Siputeh interchange on WISE

all this nonsense is a top down money making expedition..how many highways? Pj Link forgotten for now, Sg Klang link ...god help us!! In case of WCE, it is as old as the hills ( been in it for as long as I can remember! Talam, Keuro etc) and it just dragged on when good old Chan Ah Chye and his shenanigans got in the way; till IJM came to the rescue. WCE is a game changer ( unless tolls are impacted)and any soul with any investment sense would just have to be a patient investor to see the returns just as we did with Litrak, Timedotcom and the list goes on and on. Do your NPV calcs or IRR with broad assumptions and if you can't manage that just check out Choivo who has done a remarkable estimate or look at RAM. If you cant figure this out good night Vienna. Loads of Johnny come latelies had better brush up on numbers before throwing their money and then again it can all come to nought if any untoward happens. Nothing ventured nothing gained!

This raises the question of whether the traffic figures will be able to sustain the operator if toll charges are reasonably priced. There is also the question of how many people will actually use the highway that will stretch from Gopeng to Kuala Kangsar.
