Is it a good time to buy LR now (below 2 sen) to own MFlour? Assuming I buy 1000 shares of LR at 1.5sen, is it I need to pay RM1000 and I will get 1000 Shares of LA, 500 shares of MFlour and 500 shares of MFlour Warrant? After 5 years, if I still holding the LA, I can convert the 1000 shares of LA into 2000 shares of shares. If that is the case, actually this is a good deal, am I right?

Those are gambler/speculator. Smart people will not touch this stock at all. Got a friend that bought at 1.20 after a drop from 2.xx, thinking its a good buy, now cry at 0.50. Most people think they can time the market, but market timing is only for fools.

I believe it is cheap because of last quarter's loss + right issues impact.
All the bad things happened together for MFlour in last quarter, and many of them were one-off
loss.

The Indonesia Rupiah has strengthen in Oct-Dec'18 quarter, and RM also not weaken against USD in Oct-Dec'18 and strengthening in Jan'19, which means the raw material cost should ease and Indonesia JV should see positive impact.
The management also hinted in last quarter report that coming quarter should see "significant improvement".

MFlour used to make 12sen per year in normal year. It performed badly from Jan-Sept'18 due to low production performance in Integrated Poultry and weak RM & Rupiah. But, the issues are resolving and reversing.

U r wrong. Many ppl paid more than $1 so their cost averaged down with rights shares is STILL above the current price! On day b4 ex- date price was 55-59c...on day it went ex-(24/12), some ppl still chase up to as high as 55c! Do yr research.

agree with firehawk on earning become worse... quickly i dispose at 0.535 after i bought at 0.50 yesterday, becacuse i buy on technical, when i bought, then later i check financial, seems hopeless, however technically it should have small rebound, so i get down with my original plan to dispose. so, now just watch it to break below 0.50 if possible.

Not to worry about it. I already do a research, in future MFLOUR will back on track. Took it on long terms investment and I will sure there are at least 60% to 100% of the amount you invest in.

Ada lagi, cuma x sentuh KLSE. Off-shore trading. In KLSE, majority companies are politically connected and a lot of conmen acting as directors. Investing in KLSE is like flushing money down the toilet bowl.
