Mui Bhd is many times better than PM Holdings

If PM Holdings can go up from 5 cents to 50 cents

Its sits on 1 and half acre land. Recent land transacted here is RM3,300 psf

So 43,500 x 1.5 x 3300 = RM215 Million

Now Dr. Yu bought PM Holdings from Mui Group

Rumour?

In PM Holdings is 30% PM Cap shares.

Dr. Yu with Hong Leong Quek goreng HL Capital from 90 cents to RM14.00 (Up 1,000%)

Is it Dr Yu's intention to relist PM Cap and cause it to flourish?

If so he has to buy the rest of 70% PM Cap he doesn't own yet.

Now PM Corp sill has 4% of PM Cap shares. And MUI Bhd owns 70% of PM Corp shates

So Dr. Yu must buy more from MUI Group again?

In those mist years of long ago I can't recall.

I only remember MUI was the Darling of All Investors just as Pauling was the Darling of KKP.

I cashed a cheque from MUI BANK at that time. MUI Bank was sold off later.

And PM Corp was over RM12.00 before. It fell to the lowest bottom of 7.5 cents which I bought some. PM Corp was then known as PW Cement Works. Again MUI Group sold off the cement company and bought a chocolate company.

What about KKP divorce settlement? Already deducted from the so called "valuable assets"(already found buyers?). What about bank borrowings(fully settled?)? Staff costs? If property slowdown as someone forecast how will it impact MUI?

Truthseeker, Kkp is 78 yrs old. If I'm not wrong non of his children is in all the cos he has. He has won his court case to have his divorce to b heard in Malaysia. That can greatly reduce his wife's claim over his assets. What better time to sort out all these cos that have not being properly manage due to whatever reasons.

Pmh is taken over by Dr Yu . If Pmh is good why Kkp wants to sell? If Pmh is no good why Dr Yu wants to buy? U think over n probably u will get the answer!

Try getting Dr Yu to buy Mui from Kkp for 50cts per share n see whether he will let go at this price?

Kkp is paid millions for managing Mui group of cos. why he need to buy more of Mui?

If possible Kkp also want to take Mui private. Look at his offer to privatise Pmi at one time not long ago! He offered only 4.5cts n many do not sell to him! Pmi control Mui . Now delisted (2014).
