Calvin's View on Mui Bhd

Since divorce will lead to dividing of assets between KKP & Pauline.

There are 2 scenario

1) KKP Gives Shares to Pauline. And Pauline sells down Mui Bhd shares. This is bad for Mui Bhd

2) KKP Sells Mui's Assets. Give Cash as Capital Repayment to Shareholders. KKP Will Get The Lion Share of The CASH WINDFALL. Then Use CASH To Pay Pauline.

This Will Be VERY GOOD For Mui Berhad share holders.

I think the 2nd scenario is more likely.

KKp will not allow MUI shares to be in estrange wife hands, as she will then try to file charges after her lawyers checked through corporate compliances and breaches. Best sell whole lot of MUI shares away before she freezes them
