I think it's no harm to be a bit cautious when the price had increased 40% since last week while the speculation of unlocking the asset value remains our wild imagination only!

In addition, it wouldn't be wrong to be cautious when the volume top the most active stock list, You won't be able to make good profit when the daily traders were rule the game while your risk exposure is no better than to engage in conventional gambling.

There are 3 classes of people

1) Upper Class

2) Middle Class

3) Lower Class


In bad times the middle class will be squeezed. So medium cost hotels will suffer as the middle Class moves to budget hotel.

And those who patronized budget hotels will move to bed and breakfast setups to save further cost.

As for High End Hotels they will still survive & prosper.


Same goes for restaurants.

The midrange restaurants will suffer as middle class moves to economy food outlet. The poor can only cook at home.

But those Very High End Restaurants still thrive.

So CORUS HOTELS having higher quality clientele - especially High End Tourists visiting London or KL Petronas Twin Towers will still be Ok
