Just now suddenly surge I also thought can go up. I queue to buy quickly but cannot get., Too fast. Then I cancel my order. Give up. Now can get...but dare not buy.
Aiyoh. Some people hold a few years some even longer. You hold less than T+3 already scared then how to invest. Nothing can convince you otherwise coz I think there is enough info available for u make a decision. If still can't, go buy all the top 10 volume Jack MA related Penny stocks ya and punt there.
KKP still hasn't commented on whether he will accept the judgement and make preparations to pay Pauline. He has a short time to apeal which will complicate things and all speculations may be disrupted. Dr. KKP of Mui Group had sold assets and shares from time to time. Sold Woodland factory in year 2012/3. Sold off shares of GKent, SHH & Johan. Also willing to sell Pm Securities (Pm Holdings) to Dr. Yu (SC blocked this because Dr Yu does not own Financial Stock brokering license.
So it is not true that Dr. KKP is unwilling to sell CORUS Hotels. Only problem is not in selling. But the offered price is unattractive.
If Dr. KKP wants to do a real quick deal he could give a 30% discount for the sale of CORUS Hotel Ampang (estimated worth Rm500 mil)
At Rm350 millions this hotel if sold almost to pay Pauline.
Based on the transacted land value the Cash Value is already Rm250 millions (based on Rm3,200 psf). And for the 13 storey hotel buildings plus fixtures & fittings, F&B businesses, goodwill & existing clientele Rm100 millions is a steal.
And the asset of CORUS HOTEL Ampang can only go up as AMPANG PARKING SHOPPING COMPLEX is designated for An MRT STATION. The Hotel is less than 2 minutes walk away
Nekosan. That is exactly why the current share price is at this price and not at rm1 or more, which will be case if there was confirm visibility of cash outflow now to shareholders. The argument u raise is the same as any shares your holding. Else please share better counters to hold to share with the rest of us here
As I said earlier please raise the bar can give specific reasons on why u think MUI is such bad buy instead of any reason which I poise to any of the counters you are holding
If Ampang Park demolish why need to stay in hotel anymore? No wonder hard to sell Corus Hotel.

During high volatility, set a bigger cut loss. If cannot bear it, don't buy at all.
