This is a brief summary on Seacera.
In January 2009. Monthly Digest Published by Dyna Quest. Seacera was in (the Top 33) 2nd Board Shares For Price Discount To NTA.
Seacera Price Was 30 cents. NTA was RM1.32 (77.3% Discount)
Current closing price for Seacera is RM1.06. Price adjusted for 1 for 3 bonus issue Seacera should be RM1.06 X 1.3 = RM1.37.
So in 5 years Seacera has Jumped From 30 cents to RM1.37 or Up 456% or 91% pa. Wow!
I really missed this Seacera when I saw it traded around 35 cents. Since it was listed in 2nd Board I gave it a pass then. At the same time let me list 5 stocks from the Main Board.
1) Hevea was 14 cents. NTA was RM1.57 (91.1% Discount) Ouch! I missed buying this one.
2) Perak Corp was 60 cents. NTA was RM3.78. This One I hit Jackpot! Bought at 60 cents.
3) SBC Corp was 45 cents. NTA was RM2.66 (83.1% Discount) Bought some only. Fearful lah.
4) PM Corp was 11 cents. NTA was 49 cents. (77.4% Discount) I Hit Jackpot Again!
5) MULPHA was 43 cents. NTA was RM1.92 (77.9% Discount) Ha! MULPHA IS THE LAGGARD. SO ON WEDNESDAY WHEN KLSE STARTS TRADING - BUY AS MANY MULPHA SHARES AS YOU CAN AFFORD!

Seacera performs well do to the Housing Boom for its increasing demand for ceramic tiles. Lately it has bought some lands in Ulu Semenyih and venturing into housing developing. If property boom continues Seacera should be doing fine there.
The Last Quarter Good Result was boosted by Asset Disposal. As such we need to wait another one or two more quarters to confirm growing EPS.
Since Seacera has Already Done Its Capital Exercise 1 for 3 Bonus Shares & 1 Free Warrant For 3 Shares. - I think All The Current & Future Upside Is Already Factored Into The Price. And some are taking opportunity to get out when it peaked around RM1.20 to RM1.30.
Going Forward I Think It Has Limited Upside UNLESS Earnings Propel It Further.
Now there is something I want to point out which you might have overlooked.
On 14th May 2014 In Bursa Filing OCR Land disposed 5 million shares and ceased to be a substantial shareholder. Price traded then was between RM1.08 to RM1.22. Only 2.587,000 shares were traded in total on that date.
Now who bought the remaining 2.3 Million Shares Not Reported? There is a shortfall somewhere.
And on 30th May 2014 a new shareholder called Gan Hai Toh of Utusan Mewah Sdn Bhd emerged with 10,500,000 shares. The purchase price was not disclosed. If you check the price and volume traded on 30/5/2014 this are the facts:
Price Trading Range 76.5 cents to 81 cents
Closed for the day at 79.5 cents.
Total Shares Traded For The Day Was 870,600
Less than 1 million shares traded. So When Did Mr. Gan get his 10.5 Million Shares?

I agree Calvin, shares need something we called Catalyst in investment arena.....
But to me I see higher risk in Properties Market in Malaysia now. Most worrying is the unsustainable high property price, and it might caused crash very soon once BNM announce another round of interest hike. Some expect as soon as coming Sept, most expect in Nov. My view is very likely next yr 1stQuarter before GST. And with higher interest, all these high gearing companies will die faster as they have to pay higher interest.
I understand you are in the property market , and afraid you might not see the big picture. Will Johor property market died off? Maybe not if Singapore investors are supportive. But definitely I expect prices to go down in future when Supply>Demand.
Most of the undervalued companies as mentioned, are involved mainly with property, MPCORP is, MULPHA is. Yes, they have valuable lands going to boom soon, and price will go up as expected. But can this go for long? I think not sustainable as property not like other business. They have to launch every year new property project to earn money to sell buildings. If property market died off, the higher price might not sustained. It is not like industrial stocks, once you expand capacity due to higher market share % gain, most likely to sustain the position, meaning profit is sustainable, so is share price. We see how HoHup died off 10 years ago, due to bad management also same time crash in 97 crisis.
So for LionFIB I see its market slowly recovering due to government policy change. They are beginning to stop China steel dumping, so I buy Masteel. Mainly due to the MRT project and the Singapore-Malaysia Train projects. At the same time I see future in LionFIB-it sells steel also. But if for assets play, I will go big on LionFIB rather than Masteel. Though I like Masteel management better. (They has never loss making even in such highly competitive time where most steel makers loss money!)

Nope, I disagree. Johor can't boom like KL and Penang for some reasons: 1.Penang people rich, highly educated with many back from overseas to contribute in many areas, such as tech, property and also finance.So Penang boom. But even boom faster and higher after DAP get control! It is the most well managed town now in Malaysia, with lots of great food.
2. KL-Capital city of Malaysia, most Financial hubs, financial activities, all tycoons, businesses, MNC all in here. So will the Money! So boom by nature.
3.Johor- Although near Singapore, most ppl earning SG dollars, but seems like not so well managed? Too long under regime of lousy government? Now with Iskandar see some hope to lure Singaporean over to invest. But funny thing is same time come out with lots of policies not welcoming people?? Contradiction here. As we see recently hike in import car fees? The Sultan even want to set some laws in property if not wrong?? I have doubts. And Johor is the most unsafe city in Malaysia! Lots of Gangsters, Drug dealers etc, you named it, like an oldtime Chicago, Mafia city??
So what makes you think it will goes up well? It simply go up I think in tandem to catch up a bit since Penang and KL also gone up in prices.
And it is heading to crash very soon, just like our beloved Putrajaya.....Ghost city at night!

Many years ago I used to work in KL as a Professional Car Wholesaler. So assuming that CASH & CASH Equivalent neutralize RM1.6 Billions Debt.
We Are Left With 930 Acres LEISURE FARM Lands.
At RM200 psf Mulpha is worth
930 X 43500 = 40,455,000 sq ft (1 acre = 43,500 sq ft)
If Rm200 psf then Multiply RM200 by 40,550,000 = RM8.091 Billions
Now divide by 2.133 Billion Mulpha shares = RM3.80 per share
Since There Is Always A Discount of 30% to 70% To Real Estate Value.
We deduct 50% of Mulpha's NTA. So RM3.80 x .5 = RM1.90
RM1.90 Would Be The Intrinsic Value For Mulpha.
Now Mr. Lee has assumed Leadership in Mulpha on December 2013. And he wanted to add value to Mulpha by selling VALUE ADDED SEMI-DETACHED BUNGALOWS at RM2.5 Millions each. One acre can build 13.5 units. So 13.5 x 2,500,000 = The Yield is RM33.75 Million an acre.
Now Multiply RM33.75 Millions by 930 Acres = A WHOPPING RM31.3 BILLIONS
And divided by 2.133 Billion Mulpha shares = RM14.70 per share (Potential Blue Chip)
Of Course It takes time to build & sell.
Let's review
1) RM3.80 per share if Mulpha sells raw land only
2) RM14.70 per share if Mulpha Add Value By Selling Semi-Detached Bungalows
At 50% Discount to NTA Mulpha has an Intrinsic Value of RM1.90
What Is The Target Price? Ideally RM3.00 like Crescendo, Plenitude, Daiman & Country View.
But Since There are A Lot of Stale Bulls Out There with 2,133 Billion Shares
A More Realistic Target Price Would be 80 cents.
See When Mulpha can hit 80 cents.
7) Other Tips? Mulpha is enough for the time being. Watch the construction of 3 new interchanges to enhance value. Mulpha will be the least affected by coming toll hike, car levy by Singapore. It caters to The Upper Class & The VIP Class.
Hi calvin bro, good here. Travelling to pahang now. Great input here on mulpha. My argument is a property slowdown will dampen its future earnings. Yes they have lots of land, but if no buyer, unlikely they can develop the area. As of now we see no sign of them developing whole area. Since supply more than demand there, price is destiny to fall in future. It is not like matrix, developing whole areas township with lots of demand from selangor and kl ppl.
I do agree some point of views like what steven yong n ykgykg stated above, but, u guys must remember when you invest, u can invest based on fundamental, instric value, asset play...... so many methods. but speculation on what those so called expert might also be considered. those so called experts know how to make a package offering to those followers. for example, angry birds is so popular 1 or 2 years ago so that every child is so crazy on it. also, not very difficult for those expert to keep pusing mulpha share by giving good rating n revaluation method. price will be pushing higher n higher. 1 example, yong tai berad, after announce joint venture with building condominium in melaka, share price has skyrocketed even though financial report is so lousy now. what I want to say is, if we follow the market trend with the beginning stage, we have very high possibility to earn big potential profit.
