Yes, I first bought Mulpha between RM4.20 to RM4.50 in year 1994 - 20 years ago. I also visited LEISURE FARM Through the small Gelang Patah Road then. I sold Off All The Shares (I got zero share) when the Asian Financial Crisis Struck & KLSE Collapsed from 1332 pts to 262 points.
I am happy to buy back Mulpha Shares at 43.5 Cts (About 90% Discount) after 20 years. Right now LEISURE FARM is surrounded by Pinewood Studio, LEGOLAND, AVIRA Wellness, Ledang Heights, and in the work progress - Ascendas Tech Park, Motorsport City, Sunway Lagoon Pendas & High Speed Bullet Train Station in Gerbang Nusajaya.

If i am not wrong mulpha is a high debt co, i agree they brought Leisure Farm land at very cheap price many years ago, but most of their business was at Australia, but PAT is still loss, this company is a lost making co. for this few years. So trade carefully.
