It does, however, cost money to build the houses, so it will not be pure 30 billion profit. Also not every single square feet may be sold, as one commentator said they may need to use some space for infrastructure. It's ok to promote a stock, but you should also talk about the risks and costs to give a fair picture. I personally have not researched the stock, so I don't know if it's good or bad. But it certainly does sound interesting.

hi calvin, from focus malayisa saying that Mulpha remains 242.8 ha in leisure farm for development which is translated to around 600 acres. 600 *43560*RM200=5.27 billions (land only) Conservatively I assume Mulpha remain this asset only and the rest asset to offset its liability. At currently, Mulpha worth at least 5.22b/2.13b shares (less treasury shares) = RM 2.45/shares. Currently , with the price of 0.455, worth to add more. I just sold my other counters and queeing 0.455 120,000 shares today. Hopefully, Mulpha will help me to earn some money.
