If Duta Yap has plan to take this under-valued company private, do you think he has the right mind to announce special dividend to jack up price ? No!
Moreover, it is still not the time to commit special dividend before the completion of the deal.

I need to strong clarify again , i wrongly guess Duta Yap , he turn to contact me , after i public blame him , take away all shareholder right , he take 45 minute , just explain the whole illustration , outcome , finally i agreed the solution , he is not that bad as i mention , he not a crook , he is gentle by the way , manipulate for future growth , he guarantee to me and whole investor , Dutaland will above 2.00 in few years time , he say he cannot being the wealthy away , after he past away , he also want the reputation , kikikiki , so i still bet on him , and his wise .
