Few K L developer start planing big project at K K some of them already start , Gamuda land , Mahsing , Gbgaqrs , Sbc , new gleneagle hospital next to imago mall almost complete , new k k bus station opposite imago mall start construction K K property will boom in next few years !!!
haha! IGB ?that one we need fund to buy in n not operator to push . At this moment , i dont see any fund will step in...but this counter is definitely undervalue ...will sure making money but VERY not sure about IGB n RM1..haha ... good luck
