I had made the same mistake of averaging down whenever the market turns back. In a nutshell , I made great losses
even though the stock make a little gain but it just failed to get back my break-even price . It will be better to cut loss
first and buy back when it has bottomed n price is picking up again. So u r in a clean slake n your price is not at the top or
medium top either. When market swings to your advantage , u may recoup back all the previous losses. Just sharing..

The co incurred losses in 2010,2012 and 2015...Its projects r not performing either in this dampen property market .
The management is not confident either but assured that 2016/2017 can make some in roads . Unless u r long term player, better
invest somewhere n surely not this one.
