Take up rate of the mall is nearing 85%, and that only to selective clientele. The value of the mall on completion runs into billions and the NTA of PACMAM will soar! The next IGB!!

Next resistance seems to be at 32 cents. After that I guess maybe 37 cents before going to 40 cents TP. Once we reach that price the sky will be the limit!!! All the best to Asiapac supporters!!!

ha ha ha. Regain capital ship traders and Iris supporters are in this forum. As you know I play swing only and have been trading this counter since the price was at 21.5 cents. Buy lower and sell higher. I agreed with PSD157, this stock is fundamentally strong. Just buy and do not look at this stock. I have checked with my informer in KK that the mall is located at happening area in Kota Kinabalu. The mall will generate constant cashflow to the company. For short term traders, we play by wave. At presence of time, I am opinion that chart is still strong eventhough I am hoping the price is going down so as I can collect more.
