24.5 - 15 original cost = 9.5 cts or 63.3% for 3 years.
And divide 63.3 by 3 = 21.1% per year for the last 3 years.

DEAR friends at PM CORP. You are looking at the Best Of The Very Best Counter in BURSA! Why? What Are The Reasons? Let me give you the following reasons? Reason No.1. PM CORP(4081) has net Cash of 18.5 cts per share. When you buy PM Corp you are buying now (20th September, 2013) for Only 15 cts a Share. A discount of 3.5 cts per share. A Great Buy.
3 years and one day have passed since September 20th, 2013.
21.1% yearly or 63.3% for 3 short years?
Which consumer stocks can beat Pm Corp's performance? Not Nestle or Dutch lady.

Pm Corp is like a bond in safety. It gives & gives for years to come. Just buy a little every month. Calvin is now looking at BPuri. Got extra money you don't need to use for the next 6 months? Just buy a little BPuri.

Company with exceptional thin margin is extremely vulnerable to the fluctuation of cost.
BPURI has only 0.3% margin, for every RM1 sales, they only make RM0.003.
It is like if the cost just going up by RM0.01, they will run into loss.
The price of steel & petrol are rising, let look at BPURI next quarter result.
Calvin answers,
Don't just focus on the cash position alone or you will miss the whole picture. There is a hidden increase of Rm205 millions (in asset value) in USJ Main Place Mall which was not in Year 2014 AR but surfaced only in Year 2015 AR.
For the same reason of low profit margin or even losses many have missed out Pm Corp at only 9 cts.
This is the problem of only knowing skin deep surface accounting.
And Company has repeatedly mentioned that the Works Awarded in year 2015 will contribute positively for year ending 31st December 2016.
Or else why should all 3 Directors take up all ESOS offered at 50 to 54 cts?
So by conventional accounting without thinking out of the box many have missed Pm Corp's potential.
And those who missed Pm Corp at 9 cts will also miss Bpuri at this bargain basement price of 42 cts.
Calvin is a beggar investor, take a look at his ASB, BJCORP, KBUNAI, MUI, MULPHA and many many more... all still hardly move up and making much losses....
ha ha ha huii!!! huii!!! huii!!!..ha ha ha huii!!! huii!!! huii!!!..
Calvin Tan nickname is called "The Holland King" of Bursa Malaysia.
if you were to calculate properly and sell off your PMC at 0.24 cents or 0.245 like I did then now you re-calculate 0.245 - 0.165 = 0.08 that meaning you actually get noting of the Pm Corp 8 cts Cash payout...
So, is Calvin Tan really making a profit just let others to judge, I see many are DISAGREE with him at this forum already..
ha ha ha huii!!! huii!!! huii!!!..ha ha ha huii!!! huii!!! huii!!!..
True leno cat... Calvin is very much being brew today. Smart and intelligent Singaporean stay in Singapore and invest there, Calvin is rather Strange type of Singaporean who come over to Malaysia to contribute his losses. Look at his MUI today. That PMHLDG had indirectly affecting this MUI.
