no doubt last year generated outperforming earning RM28mil the highest for last 10 years
but there are still few questions to ask:
1) why PMCorp generated -ve FCF from 2018 till now?
2) because of -ve FCF, its cash is diminishing year after year, how?
3) it's net debts increase substantially for the past 3 years, why and how?
4) is the company having new development plan?

just my thoughts
no answer from me as of now

In my portfolio, I am holding a big percentage of Texchem shares. From other sources, the NTA is around RM1.60 while the share is currently trading at RM0.85-RM0.90 range.
