This is one of the most undervalue penny stock counter with surprising upside in the near future when A & W start operating new stores and the FMG products start moving and exporting although the brands are not so strong like STARBUCK or SUSHI KING and the FMG chocalate brand is not comparable to M & M or KIT KAT but are still the M40 group favourite food.

The longer it stay at the 14 to 15 sen range, the bettter for me and other investor to pick it up because after FACTORING the A & W food business and the improving CHOCALATE business .HOW can the price still remain as it is 2 yrs ago at 15sen on 28th AUGUST 2020. Texchem at 28th August 2020 is 65sen and today is RM3.72 so definitely PM corp is a BUY at 14sen. and so when you buy it at 14 or 15sen hold it until the A & W food improve and it is a JAMINAN PROFIT business by the Singapore vendor

If it is FROZEN wait for it to MELT and get HOT UP all the way.Well MUI group of companies always behave like this and if the price really shoot up it will go up by 50 to 100% of what we r getting now at 14 sen.Most AH PEK have been holding MUI for decade above RM1 without getting a single sen dividend.

whether we talk or NO TALK the price will be FROZEN if operator do not want it to go up even if it is worth RM1. The only way the price can go up if ALL the MINORITY shareholders throw all the shares to ANDREW NOW and by next week the price will SKY ROCKET.

The A & W vendor value PM CORP share at 15sen and if he sell it ALL at ONE GO the price will crash and also RUGI but if he uses the shares he is holding and RECYCLE it up ,he will GAIN HANDSOMELY and there is NO WAY he can depress the price down if the company is doing FAIRLY WELL and still holding CASH and can effort to lend A & W a couple of millions. I am not PROMOTING this sleeping counter but just some HONEST THINKING and DISCUSSION.

Starting to declare some dividend , might declare some special dividend when the sale of land disposal is completed next year with the EXTRA CASH in hand .Too much cash in PM CORP kitty. Sales and revenue will go up for the next quarter after so many stores opening up ,hopefully stores are properly located in GOOD up and coming mature township like SETIA ALAM/ BKT RAJA..

If FORTRESS investment fund can buy into it for it GROWTH FUND holding,it is only the beginning for other fund to join the band wagon and look into PMCORP holding A&W franchise in Malaysia and expanding the FAST FOOD chain outlets aggressively with moderately GOOD results so putting it CASH into good use.

Most of this FAST FOOD outlet are not doing well during weekday but during the WEEKEND the business are very robust.During weekday they have very good HOME delivery sale and their basic cost of making the FAST BFOOD is more than 100%.A & W is making money but KFC,Mcdonald are the leader in Malaysia and slightly ahead of MARY BROWN

41mil coming in. Hope they are able to generate income from cash coming in or better give us bigger dividends.
