Mr Ali has a big farm. Mr Lim also has a farm. Rumour in the market is, when Ali sells his produce from his farm, his returns is rm20000 every month. When Lim sells, his return is rm10000. Both ran their farm efficiently. One day they were talking. Both said how good if they can retire early. So they both decided to put their farm for sale.
