We refer to the announcement dated 30 October 2018.

Sime Darby Berhad ("Sime Darby") wishes to announce that the acquisition by Sime Darby Allied Operations Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby, of the entire issued share capital in Heavy Maintenance Group Pty Ltd (“HMG”) for a consideration of AU$58 million (equivalent to approximately RM178 million) has been completed on 3 December 2018.

HMG and its wholly-owned subsidiary, HMG Hardchrome Pty Ltd, are now indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sime Darby.

This announcement is dated 3 December 2018.

Current price around 2.40, eps 3.30, the last quarter eps was 2.4 but price up to 2.650 , now eps 3.300 , you do the math

Our first Tp is 2.600.. hopefully can reach before year end.. if they announce the final dividend , 2.800 will be the next target... but overalll I estimated around feb to March to reach 3.300.. but yeah who know will reach sooner...
