Message to new chairman, bjland wants develope Okinawa. Firstly, should recognize or revaluation for the land used. Then, from the projects done, estimation of profits should reports to local media & Bursa. Finally, reports of costs and progress of projects must published to local news. If this kind of mindset or attitude continuing for bjland , bjcorp and bjasset, minority shareholders will surely game over. Treat this as limited company concept will end up like bjmedia. They using Bursa IPO listing for buying assets and expanding to extreme. But later, the assets will used to others way and draught it bit by bit.

It is really sickening to know VT and family play out the minority shareholders of BJLAND and BJCORP. As someone mentioned earlier, it is to finance the lavish lifestyle of VT and family. As an acid test, just watch out when VT would privatize BJLAND and at what price. A promise made that was broken too many times!

Folks, personally, I think BJCORP is worse than BJLAND. The real valuable assets are in BJLAND. That is why VT wants to privatize BJLAND. "Rubbish" assets are in BJCORP.

21. Long Term Borrowing, pg178;

The loan amount,
< 2 years has reduced from RM1,000 mil to RM407 mil;
> 5 years has up from RM176 mil to RM523 mil.

Similar trench also read from Bj-Corp Annual Report, 2019.
23. Long Term Borrowing, pg217;

The loan amount,
< 2 years has reduced from RM1,680 mil to RM774 mil;
> 5 years has up from RM298 mil to RM1,510 mil.

This indicate that the Group managed to restructure the financing from bank to much longer term.
This will release Group from repayment to bank for near future (< 2 years),
and could focus on built up best investment in the coming years.

I'm a minority shareholder of both Berjaya Corp and Berjaya Land. In its latest quarterly report, Berjaya Corp has mentioned about court ruling on Jeju case falls on Jan 09 as follow:

At the formal hearing, held on 25 July 2019, the presiding judge requested BJR to submit
evidentiary evidence with respect to the total claims by BJR and fixed 19 September 2019 as the
next hearing date. On 19 September 2019, the presiding judge fixed 31 October 2019 as the final
hearing before the court decides on the JDC Lawsuit. The final hearing was subsequently re-set to
25 November 2019. The court has fixed 9 January 2020 for the delivery of the judgment.

Unfortunately, minorities have not been updated accordingly. Would appreciate feedback from you, and would offer much comfort to minorities if an announcement be made.
