This revaluation RM 1 concept can't be used as a indication by minority will . Please forget about it. The minority can only hope that if bussinesses wanted to continue, the prospect of profits and tokens of dividends should be considered whatever short , medium, long term business to be carried out. Otherwise, just privatised it.

The despcible thing is that when they received money from investments, they didn't distribute to minor shareholders who trusted them and got their retirement money trapped in this company!!

Instead, Berjaya Land used that money to buy Berjaya Food and 7-11...
After that, they told us "Sorry, due to covid-19, we need to re-consider dividend distribution"

Berjaya Land is a PROPERTY company, why made investment in Berjaya Food and 7-11???
For own benefit at the expense of minor shareholders???

Monthly, you expect salary. A project carried out if took 3yrs, at least 3 cents or accord. sum of investment took. Borrowing bank also pay interest according the sum & periods. Investors investment expect dividend, what's wrong ? Now the capital also downgraded, what's wrong?

A mega projects after few years exausted, banker, major family shareholders and maybe operator sapu all. Capital raised from IPO became fixed assets to bait another naïve newbies.
