Before 30sept, wont go up too fast due to VT force to sell to meet Bursa requirements. ( Blessing for those who want to collect at distress price ) , after 30Sept , the sky the limits. Did anyone know how many % BJland own SPTOTO ? We are getting many assets at lelong price now. Cheers !!

When u were holding 1.3 million shares , did u attend the AGM and shot VT n their CEO/Management for doing lousy jobs ? Retail investor watch group may propose to cut their salary n bonus in the AGM and link their bonus in company performance.

Frankly why their share price at this low price is due to inefficiency which batikman has pointed out. Can't hide anymore. If restructure per suggestion, can hit $10 , now max can go is $1 , we still can get it at 0.2X 0.3X for our next generation is great. VT already 70+ , if u below 55 , can see who can live longer .... Cheers !!

With 110mil share disposal of Juara Sejati, BjCorp have comply to 80% public spread by now.

Ya , VT forced to sell to meet Bursa requirements. U think he want to see cheap meh. Best assets are park at BJLand. That why he hold tight tight for so many years until force to sell to public by 30Sept23. Cheers !! Dont sell your assets cheap cheap , with upto 25% shares in public hand , minority shareholders can go AGM n demand pay or bonus cut for CEO/Top management/Leaders if fail to improve profitability of the company. KPI must be establised for better accountability.

needs market funding support for upcoming stuffs for his next generation like YTL did.
Now LL must force sell to maintain BJLand listing lor. Those who can collect at 0.2x or
0.3x still at distress price lah. Lets see after 30Sept performance or go AGM later screw the CEO/Management/Leaders n cut their pay n bonuses. Now market got 25% mah (unless got mistresses as proxies lah 🤣)

Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) has disposed of a 2.24% stake in Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand), ahead of its end-September deadline to comply with a public shareholding spread requirement of 20%. BCorp disposed of 110 million shares in BLand held under Juara Sejati Sdn Bhd via a direct business transaction on Sept 22.

Minority shareholders please remember in upcoming AGM to drive the following :
1) CEO/Leaders/Management pay n bonuses must link to profitability of company.
2) Anyone that hold more than 1 position in the group can only get salary n bonuses
from max two companies within a group that produce ROI more than 5% only and etc
to ensure those leaders/senior management still have the drive to improve the
company profitability for the benefit of all stakeholders.
3) Bursa malaysia to change the rule to assign independent directors (50%) to any bursa listed company. Not to be selected solely by major shareholders.
