Mike, how much dividend have you received from Jaks so far? I think yinson and jtiasa actually had enough money to pay dividends and do share buyback. Their earnings from fpso from eni and petrobas and petronas is so solid that their senior notes of 1 billion 18 year long term notes at 8.9% is oversubscribed. Not only no need to dilute shareholder, but able to revise debt from short term expiry in 2026 to 2 decades to pay back... OVERSUBSCRIBED

I think only kids who don't know how to look at cash flow statement and analyze debt instrument will ask, why yinson can borrow so much money and raised from Europe and Japan and Malaysia 20 billion... How would those find managers analyze perpetual securities which only need to pay 80 million a year and collect back 1 billion 18 years later...

Meanwhile your stories on Jaks are nice but dilution, share sales, warrants etc are more and more stories because they can't get banks to give them a break anymore

Do you know jaks got cash flow problem and thus very much depend on yearly either PP or RI for working capital and loans repayment?

Also do you know why jaks come Q4 sure got impairment of receivables? And why jaks never take any legal action to recover the receivables?

Strong steady hands are buying into JTiasa. Those who believe the company has turned the corner and is motoring on a straight stretch. Next quarter FY2Q2025 may see even better results plus an interim dividend. It was too much to hope for a special dividend this quarter, that would have been overly generous.

Here is some indulgent speculation. Assuming similar results for 2Q2025, which is highly achievable, net profit (TTM) will reach RM170m or earnings of 17.5 sen per share. At PER of 8-9x, this translates to a share price of 1.40-1.70. Additionally, dividends are raised to 7-8 sen per share. What's there not to like about JTiasa?
