Those who have never had the experiences in Corporate affairs, Mergers and Takeovers might feel the chills.

Dnex is managing a multi BILLION plant with this takeover....not a f^cking coffee shop.

Back in may, Dnex had called for interviews and employed all the necessary and relevant staff. Those redundant people already left months before takeover. Superfluous are chopped and trimmed.

The line clearly drawn prior and after the handover. Those irregularities belonged to Khazanah and nothing whatsoever to affect Dnex neither would future recoveries from the corrupt piles.

....all these while IBs have no trust that Silterra would be able to contribute positively to DNex....not because technical capacity but the management team of Silterra... with this arrests, hope two things will happen:
1. IB's perspective on Silterra will change & now will have confidence on DNext to turn around the 'Loss making' Silterra.
2. An opportunity for the foreign partners to bring in the best management team to tap the full potentials of Silterra

With this arrest... the sky is brighter now for DNex... well done DNex
