Dear Dnex shareholder,

Please take note that the key management under arrested were ex-management under Silterra prior Dnex acquired Silterra completely.
As for now, Tan Sri Syed Zainal and Cadol Cheung will take in-charge of daily operation of Silerra daily operation.

Such cleaning services is necessary to ensure Silterra is fully committed to Dnex and CGP shareholder.

We will update you accordingly in the future regards of this matters.

From my observation of dnex since i got on board the counter earlier this year, their every move is precisely calculated. Don’t be surprised if the macc action was already part of the plan. If a drop in price scares you then you probably didn’t study the situation enough.

Silterra comes under Dnex in July and suddenly two months later these people get arrested for potential legacy issues. Coincidence? Remember due diligence is always part of any m&a. This is good news. Maybe bumpy for a short period but integrity pays dividends.

Silterra last time cannot be profitable because of those leaches... Catch them and prison them! Good for Dnex if you can see it differently... That was happening before Dnex taking over Silterra... So nothing to do with Dnex.. Definitely will have clean account/audit to show that Silterra is actually a profitable company
