How much DNEX/CGP the insiders valued SilTerra ?


According to DNex announcement to Bursa DNex dan CGP dah signed agreements dimana end result nya ada la CGP kan dpt tambahan 20% syer SilTerra

CGP kan bayar RM 100m for this 20%

Only RM 100m je for 20%

So 100% bersamaan RM 500m

So Dnex/CGP the insiders have valued SilTerra at RM 500m

Jadi 60% in SilTerra is worth RM 300m je or 0.095 per share je for DNex

CGP utilize the loophole left open by DNEX to buy the silterra over 50% from Dnex. so, Dnex value drops because soon not the biggest shareholders of silterra hence losing control of silterra. and this is also why foxconn not interested anymore? is this why?

i dah lama ask them to find one big PP shareholders to increase cash standing.. but no use.
