According to DNex announcement to Bursa DNex dan CGP dah signed agreements dimana end result nya ada la CGP kan dpt tambahan 20% syer SilTerra

CGP kan bayar RM 100m for this 20%

Only RM 100m je for 20%

So 100% bersamaan RM 500m

So Dnex/CGP the insiders have valued SilTerra at RM 500m

Jadi 60% in SilTerra is worth RM 300m je or 0.095 per share je for DNex

every country's chip industry also needs government support at the starting point.. dnex didn't get anything at all. maybe they treat selling silterra cheaply to dnex to be considered as a favor already. but dnex originally is cashless company.

As long as no big shareholders hold 50-60% of shares of dnex. share price won't fly.
