TSMC at taiwan has a output limitation, because producing wafer need to use alot of water. Malaysia got alot of this natural resource which make it an ideal place to build plant.

If Dnex secured NIISS, Management has to raise RM400mil minimum thru RI ( maybe 50sen ) About 800mil
shares added to current 3.4bil----DonT eat to many " hard boiled Egg "---Dnex technology is only 28nm,
current IC boom is 2nm and TMSC spend $800 Bil to develop 2nm ( about RM3.7 Trillion )

As far as I know, 70% semi conductor global demand is 28 nm or bigger. 3nm is for less than 5% of the global demand. DNeX can only aim at those matured semi conductor's market. With the sanctions from US and EU to China, Malaysia will benefit from it.

There is a difference for YTLPower with Nvidia. YTLPower is Nvidia's client. The plant is located in Johor. We are still waiting for the Semi-conductor Hub in Selangor that the Google has announced USD2 B investment over the next 10 years.
