From yesterday to now, almost nobody talk about the important 30mil JPP towards long term
income stream from Vietnam. Without these extra 30mil JPP, i think Jaks will never reach RM2.0
Why Ang delay until now to subscribe these 30mil shares, I think He is also Not confident the Project is ready for commissioning in 2020. ( DK66 plus OTB must be discussing JPP in their private forum-----here only Contra Kaki ---T+2 fellow)

With this 30mil JPP subscription, alot of doubts about project readiness in 2020 is washed away.
ALP said it is ready in 2020

JJChan:- Spot on bro. The rights issue comes with FREE warrants so this is actually good news for investors.

EngineeringProfit:- TP will be more than RM1.70 when JAKS subscribes to the extra 10% stake in JDHP. Thats why we are baving this rights issue..it is to pay for the 10% stake in JDHP which will increase profits!!

TP:- At least RM4..

The rights issue exercise is actually good for JAKS shareholders. The rights issue comes with free warrants. FREE WARRANTS!!

FREE WARRANTS = FREE MONEY!!!

For illustrative purposes only, the entitlement basis for the Proposed Rights
Issue with Warrants is assumed at 2 Rights Shares together with 1 Warrant for
every 4 existing JRB Shares held throughout this announcement.

That means if I own 60000 JAKS shares and subscribe to the rights issue, I get 15000 FREE WARRANTS.

If the new warrant listing price is RM0.15, then I get RM2250 free once the warrants are listed. You can sell the warrants like you would shares.

If the new warrant price surges from 15 cents to RM2.00 cents, new free warrants will be valued at RM27750.

Look at MFCB-WA warrants, it went from RM0.3225 to RM3.33, 1000% increase..

So don't let idiots scare you to sell down the stock. Think carefully and use your judgement.
