the news is good, they already firmed the income for coming 3rd quarter

So here is the summary.
- The coming quarter - Holiday Session (Revenue contribute by hotel for sure)
- The coming 2nd quarter - (Revenue contribute by Little Bay)
- The coming 3rd quarter - (Revenue contribute by TA3 & TA4)

If Tagb holds up, TA cannot go down. It is already trading at a discount. Every TA share holds about 1.8 Tagb shares !! So no way it will go down on it's own.

Tagb at 36 sen and TA should be at minimum of 36 x 1.8 = 64.8 sen
This does not include it's own value. So you see TA is at a very large discount.

Referring to the TAGB's announcement dated 13th Dec 2017, both KPPL and TALBPL had entered into the Contract for the disposal of development property located in Little Bay, New South Wales, Australia.

The settlement date for the Contract will be on “ 10th January 2018 ". Therefore，' the small rise ' will be starting after the long holidays.

i do believe the reason why ta and tagb price stay low are due to tony tiah past reord. even though he had paid for his offence, market doesn'thave faith or trust in him even though he had done a very good job especially on expanding tagb hotels portfolio and properties.
i think only when tiah joo kim take over nd perform, the price will go higher if market price him much higher than his father.
