TAGB is a subsidiary of TA, where every share of TA owns 1.87 shares of TAGB. So, for every project TAGB is involved, so is TA

I think what she had revealed to the reporters regarding the company's earnings for the first quarter for financial year ending 30/4/2015 is likely to be true. So just be a bit more patient and wait for the announcement of the results. Moreover, we still have the 2.8 sen dividend which should support TA's share price at above 80 sen.

well, TA family has a long history of bullsh*ting, from listing REIT to not listing to NATO (no action, talk only) property projects (NOVA, TA3&TA4). BTW, the convicted Tiah who had been in jail for years is currently back to the board, who knows what he has learnt in jail.
Really hope they are not bulsh*ting on small matters like quarter earning, sigh!

本地独立证券行越走越艰辛，达企业（TA，4898，主板金融股）不排除脱售旗下的证券业务，但须以收到「吸引人」的报价为前提。

达企业董事经理兼首席执行员拿汀陈桂芳今天在结束达企业及达全球（TAGB，5158，主板产业股）股东大会后向记者表示，公司的证券和产业发展业务都会在今年面临巨大挑战。尤其是证券领域竞争激烈，不断面对好股票经纪被挖角和赚幅下降问题。

虽然她在去年7月曾表示，旗下证券业务仍有成长空间而没有脱售计划，但她今天透露在之前接到的其中一些报价确实有吸引力。

被问及她对今年艾芬控股（Affin，5185，主板金融股）以约1.3倍帐面价值（Book Value）收购黄氏发展证券旗下投资银行业务看法，她认为这个水平报价对她来说不够吸引力。

虽然如此，公司仍会在今年结束前在巴生谷以外的地点，开设一间证券行分行，惟暂时不方便透露实际地点。他们将会尽全力改善证券行的业务，并认为证券行目前是本地最好证券行之一，有固定的优势。达企业是目前唯一一家独立股票行，拥有大批散户客户。

达证券研究主管卡拉迪尔（Kaladher Govindan）指出，证券行将在接下来采取一系列措施提高交易量，其中包括增加分行数量和外国平台丶扩充企业融资和自营交易（Proprietary Trading）部门以及提升网上交易系统。证券行也会鼓励企业利用期货来对冲风险，并提高大众对期货的了解和参与度。

此外，他看好股市今年的表现，认为今年富时大马综合指数将能上升至1925点。

产业前景不乐观

除了证券业务，陈桂芳认为，本地产业发展今年前景也不乐观，尤其是房屋贷款批准率变得更低。因此，今年公司在本地不会有新楼盘推出，但会在明年消费税（GST）施行後开始推出，且数量会在2016年进一步增加。

她认为，公司目前策略如良好截听分散投资依然能让公司的业务蒸蒸日上，而酒店业务也为达全球带来稳定营业额和盈利。目前公司在澳洲和加拿大都有新楼盘推出，并获得非常不错的回响，推出不久就纷纷取得高过50%认购率。

被问及达企业越来越高资产负债比率（2014财政年比例为0.94，2013年和2012年分别只有0.77和0.58），陈桂芳表示，这是因为在外国新楼盘建造费须先由公司承担，不像在大马可以预售方式向购买者收取款项，因此资产负债比率才会偏高。但她说公司将会正视负债状况，并相信加拿大和澳洲新楼盘将在2016年开始获得可观的现金流，届时负债比率将会降低。

TA gonna lai soon.I found out from friend rdy. Very good results. But I would agree that good results doesn't mean will shoot cause some people may try to repress the price. But most likely can go to 90 cents la. Should be ok to buy now for small profit. Huat ah. TQ.
