ta 3 - condos for sale ta 4- hotels both buildings in front of klcc twin towers and beside exisiting ta1 building. very nice and iconic. expected the condos to be fully sold due to its great location
TA has never touched this level for over 6 years. It went up to over RM 2 in 2007. Breaching the RM 1 barrier is a certainty but how high it can go is anybody's guess.

Steventeo, I believe everyone know that TA have a lot of good landbank which purchased many years ago and never revalue again. 0.92? It is still trading discount 50% of NTA...I have been staying with TA for 4 years, attended all thier AGM, they always emphasis recurring income. Recurring income is very important for company's cash flow especially economy downtime. If i sell it now, i can locked in nearly 50% profit, but i dont want to be regret as i might not be able to buy back at the same price. It is still far away from my target price of at least 1.50. It will achieve in one day, just patient to wait.
For TA to hit RM 1.00 within the next few trading days isn't a big problem. The question is how high it can go after that. It all depends on the big boys. You and I can only be followers, not leaders.
