Force selling by margin calls if price of stocks either remained stagnant or continued to fall may inadvertently attributed to lower price . The market are the main factors to determine whether to hold , buy or sell and l noticed the volume of chinwell has shrink almost a week with less buying support .

1.50 is optimistic. If they China players came back, they will go back to RM1.00, the level in June 2013, before EU imposed sanctions on China manufacturers.

EU will not allow those China steel mills to dump their steel into Europe...... everybody knows about the huge excess capacity in China.

Anyway...higher value added products , fasteners, are coming out of CW Vietnam...these Taiwanese are not stupid people......

Since they can get the EU to give them a certificate of exemption......these are very capable people.......

....capable people will always win in the long term...it is about ability and management.

before China manufacturers back to market, they made 15 sen (FY2015), so RM1.50 fair value

after Chinese back to EU, they will make 10 sen (FY2013). Fair value RM1.00

Problem is they are too keen in logistic efficiency distribution, in order to bring Chinwell to nxt level, Chinwell need to enrich their engineering innovation, and pattern their design, go out and be a real globally players. That's the real capable people shud do. Not juz be a logistic provider. Chunwell now is enjoying in their safe zone for too long.
