WTO has no power to penalised any party involved ,it is;just an arbitration.body,while there were tonnes of complaints again China by other countries, and nothing settled, so they put up TPPP,to replace it.

For the business, for 4Q, you will see both revenue growth and margin growth. There will be a drop in other income as forex gains will in 4 Q be accounted at the time of sales...and looking the previous months, there will continue to be volume growth in the business.
It will beat expectations.

（吉隆坡26日讯）经过两天的朝野唇枪舌战，备受爭议的跨太平洋伙伴关係协议（TPP）今晚以127支持票对84反对票下，在国会下议院通过。该协议將在明日提呈上议院，並在同一天寻求通过。

国会下议院是於今晚约7时30分，以票决方式通过支持跨太协的签署。

在表决跨太协有关动议前，下议院议长班迪卡突然批准诚信党雪邦国会议员哈尼法迈丁的动议，进入辩论阶段。哈尼法迈丁是援引议会常规第30（1）条文，要求刪去跨太协动议中「接纳」字眼，这样我国就算签署跨太协，也不一定需要接纳该协议的內容。

哈尼法用男女交往比喻说，「签约就像约会，而接纳协议就像结婚，是伴隨著法律责任的」，不过有关刪去字眼的动议，经过公正党梳邦国会议员西华拉沙，以及国阵巴力苏隆区国会议员诺来妮的辩论后，该修改建议在声浪表决后被驳回。

跨太平洋伙伴协议涵盖12个国家，包括美国、越南、澳洲、汶莱、加拿大、日本、智利、墨西哥、新加坡、纽西兰、秘鲁及大马。

该项协议將在2月4日，在纽西兰的奥克兰正式签署，各国签署后，將有2年时间来完全接纳有关协议內容。
