Be realistic .... It takes time for All malaysian to get vaccinated (who knows when..) and also the whole world.. cos airport depends on foreign countries too.. Bear in mind the vaccine producer needs time to produce and also proper supply chain to transport which is in shortage...

So when can the whole world be vaccinated and travel again? Quite some time... and definitely NOT anytime soon...

The Food and Drug Administration has approved Moderna’s coronavirus vaccine for emergency use. The vaccine — the second approved for use in the U.S. behind Pfizer and BioNTech’s — bolsters the U.S. supply of doses. The potentially lifesaving shots are desperately needed to fend off the pandemic that has taken more than 300,000 American lives and overwhelmed hospitals.

The FDA’s emergency use authorization Friday approves the federal government’s plan to distribute roughly 5.9 million doses of Moderna’s vaccine to 64 states, territories and major cities across the nation next week.

“We likely will see shots in the arm by the very early part of next week, I would hope Monday or Tuesday,” Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said on the “Today” show on Friday morning.

Malaysian Airports Holdings Bhd's (MAHB) passenger traffic for December rose 24.18% to 2.27 million, from 1.83 million passengers in November.The increase followed two consecutive months of decline in passenger traffic after the airport operator registered 3.5 million passengers in September.MAHB said Malaysia's December traffic performance was impacted by the lifting of the interstate travel ban on Dec 7 — with domestic passenger movements totalling 1.07 million.

Overall aircraft movements in 2020 also declined, falling 58.1% to 471,111 aircraft, form 1.12 million in 2019. In particular, domestic aircraft movements fell 51% while international aircraft movements dropped 68.7%.

MAHB also highlighted that its 2020 cargo operations rose on high demand for health and medical supplies and increase in e-commerce activities amid the pandemic.
Cargo aircraft movements recorded a 46.1% growth in 2020 in line with the increase [in] demand for health and medical supplies despite the reduction in belly space cargo as passenger flights were grounded.Domestic cargo volume movements recorded a growth of 0.1% over 2019, recording 186,279 tonnes in 2020, the only sector that performed above the negative zone for year 2020.

At the main terminal of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, passenger traffic declined 96.1% y-o-y to 114,000 in December. Meanwhile, passenger movements at klia2 fell 93.4% to 199,000.
For its other airports in Malaysia, passenger traffic declined 81.4% y-o-y to 755,000 passengers in December.

MAHB's Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (ISGA) saw its passenger volume fall 58.1% to 1.2 million passengers in December, from 2.87 million in the corresponding month last year.
Commenting on its performance in 2020, MAHB said the different phases of Movement Control Order (in Malaysia and the closure of international borders in both Malaysia and Turkey from the middle of March had grounded almost all flights, with repatriation, charter and cargo flights continuing to operate during this period.The first interstate travel restriction and border closure in Malaysia and Turkey resulted in passenger movements declining 85.3% from March to May. The second restriction in movements due to the spike in Covid-19 cases resulted in a decline of 81.2% for October and November after a slight increase in traffic during the relaxed travel period.
ISGA's traffic performance showed an initial recovery in traffic performance with the lifting of intercity travel and Turkey's airspace restrictions in June.

Traffic recovery is expected to be gradual in line with the distribution of vaccines coupled with the ongoing recovery of the global economy. Travel bubble arrangements and short-haul travel are expected to pave the way and give air travel further momentum in 2021

只是，财政部长赛夫鲁说：“情况再糟，也不会全面封锁。”

然而，不封锁又怎样？坐以待毙吗？

── 2个星期内，大马冠病增加5万确诊病例，全球排名窜起，名列29；在东南亚仅排在印尼和菲律宾之后。（印尼人口是大马的9倍)。

只是，连打先锋的诺希山都说：“MCO在2月4日结束后，不会再延长”。

不延长？疫情受到控制了吗？

── MCO 2.0落实以来，每日确诊人数从1月中旬的近3千，节节攀升到超过3千，4千，5千……

只是，MCO的管制措施，一天比一天放宽；餐饮业和超市开放尚情有可言；然而，建筑业、制造业、零售业也都一一开放；接着，夜市、农民市场也开放了；汽车乘坐人数也不设限了。

一切如常，病毒放假去了吗？

── 宗教场所应该是严格限制群体祈祷，根据SOP，清真寺、教堂和庙宇，只准5名管理人员入内。

森州落实MCO之后，有人拍到芙蓉一间清真寺，车辆排满了几条街道，人群鱼贯进入祈祷（州宗教机构较后声称获得批准）；在马六甲，首席部长宣布，州清真寺开放500人祈祷，一般清真寺250人，祈祷室75人。

说好的最多5个人呢？

（只有雪州，苏丹沙拉弗丁谕令不准州内清真寺和祈祷室开放，苏丹英明。）

冠病疫情愈来愈严重，防疫却措施愈来愈松弛；这是大马独特的抗疫景象。

人民已经不只是担心，而是开始恐慌，但是，政府似乎没有当一回事，连国州议员都可以跨州跨县了。

究竟是政府胸有成竹，以为疫情已经受到控制？还是如坊间传言，疫情已经失控，一切顺其自然，只能听天由命？

第一个假设无法成立。MCO 2.0没有带来预期的成果，所有的数据都显示疫情愈来愈严重，而不是趋于缓和。

如果大家敏感一些，也都知道社区感染已经增加和扩大，感染群深入职场、社区和家庭，而不是局限在外劳聚集的工厂和宿舍。

公立医院的资源吃紧，已经无法接受所有的病患。无症状感染和轻度感染者，被劝告自行居家隔离，而不是强制送往隔离中心和医院。然而，当局缺乏一套有效追踪自行隔离者的系统，不但难以追踪感染者的病况，也无法限制感染者的行踪，以至患者可能成为行动中的病毒，让冠病扩散。

连新加坡都知道情况不对，而暂停了和大马、德国和韩国的绿色通道。新加坡和德韩两国没有接壤，绿色通道主要配合和大马的商务和劳务需要，为日后的全面开放铺路；暂停绿色通道，显示它对大马的疫情不抱乐观。

相对于政府的无为，民间部分人士的无感放任，最可怜的是那些还在前线苦苦支撑，奋战到底的医疗人员。前线的医生和护士，乃至救护车司机等，每日工作十几个小时，体力和精神都已经紧绷到极限，还看不到一线曙光。

在他们付出精力和时间的同时，本身也是最容易被感染的群体。登嘉楼一家医院，已经有48名医疗人员集体感染；如果病毒在医院扩散，医疗体系率先崩溃。

抗疫需要一个果断，有能力，有魄力的政府来领导。但是，遗憾的是，我们看不到有这么一个政府。

从疫情的扩散，几近失控，我们看到的是一个迷失的政府，半调子的MCO，前后矛盾的SOP，缺乏执行力的政策，以及逼近的灾难。

让我们承认，过去的抗疫工作，已经宣告失败，无须再掩饰，也甭拖拖拉拉，这些都已经没用了。

如今，只有重新开始，真正进入疫情紧急状态（不是政治紧急状态）。从公共卫生着手的疫情紧急状态，只有一个目标，就是控制疫情，拉平感染曲线。

政府必须尽快召集体制内外的精英专才，组成高层团队，拟定新的全盘策略，令出必行，没有妥协；民间也要全面总动员，每一个人都要为疫情负起责任，而不是作为旁观者或搅局者。

承认失败，才能发觉过去的错误，才有能力重新站起来；否则，就很快的倒下去。

我是发菩提心，对小投资者做风险提醒：

1. Dow Jones future 和 KLSE in bearish trend!

2. 科技龙头的漂亮财无法推高股价，比如apple财报公布后跌最多，收入盈利都创新高，可是股价却向南跌，跌跌不休。

3. Malaysia COVID-19 疫情每况愈下，屡创新高，不久的将来、COVID-19 就在你左右，当你的家人因COVID-19往生，政府还不承认错误，加强MCO，赢了股票，坐满一车车的金银珠宝，输掉自己的家人，你还会开心吗？要知道亡者没得净身，没得穿上喜爱华丽的服装，要以最快的速度将遗体入棺，直接封棺，之后就直接送去火化或下葬，连送最后一程，也只能两三个亲人，因为处于高风险，是不允许太多人送最后一程。况且每个家庭成员都必须去检验，有些还在隔离着。我相信这些种种凄凉和悲哀的过程，我们都不想遇到这样的死亡吧！所以在此提醒大家，COVID-19 真的不是开玩笑的，不要以为不会发生在自己的身上，为了自己、家人、亲友们的安全和健康，没必要真的少出门，千万要记得带好口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距离真的很重要，别再赌股票，赌运气，收割下雨财为上，阿弥陀佛，我们离股灾已不远了。
