Entered Glomac. Glomac has the highest NTA/price ratio. Indicate the company is the most undervalue in property sector. Share price has been downtrend for 10 yrs from peak of 1.5. The support is strong now. Property sector will start re-rating. Atleast TP should be 1/3 of NTA which translate to 48 sen. Upside is huge. While downside is minimum.

We are expecting at least 1.5 sen dividend soon with EPS ard 5 sen per share for full year result...At 5 sen EPS, Glomac should be traded at 0.45-0.50 soon...with Over 600 mil unbilled sales to be realised in 2 years period, Glomac is expected to stay profitable thru out the Pandemic destruction...Reiterate BUY with Target price of 0.50...
