At 2.67 sen profit

If annualized 2.67 x 4

= 10.68

If give Mhc 30 P/E like glove

Then 10.68 x 30

= 320.4 sen

Or Rm3.20

At only Rm68 sen

Mhc plant is very undervalue

Mhc also own Anson Hotel 6 1/2 storey with book value only Rm983,000

And own lands in Perak with book value only Rm5,000 an acre

So Mhc is grossly undervalue

Mhc is also Top owner of cepatwawasan shares

I still remember when sifu calvin 1st promoted Gloves beginning of the year, if Raider just listen to sifu calvin n buy....b4 the price spike up, raider would have make few hundred percent gain loh...!!

Raider regret did not follow & do it immediately, when gloves still at a very low affordable price loh...!!

Raider now realise plantation stocks are something like Gloves situation beginning of the Year mah...!!

South America Weather Radar shows Argentina very dry

Soybean and Corn will be fair in Brazil but quite bad in Argentina

that means that Soyoil will be sustained

Thus palm oil should be well supported above Rm3000

Production is as low as Rm1465 by Thplant

and No tax of 8% if cpo prices falls below Rm3450

So most Palm oil companies will enjoy 100% net profit for 2021

Glove ASP now at its apex and will plateaued off and also Glove prices up alot from it's lows

Tech stocks surged very very high but got only average earnings

So P/E now very high


Only palm oil stocks got real and solid earnings for 2021 and prices still low

So go for palm oil shares while others chase bubbles
