While KLCI is branded as one of the worst market, I guess it will be wrong if the book maker play the game right.

If one sense around, Govt is trying to boost up IT investment and encourages e commerce. Digital tax seemed to be negative but we can see a few good headline on e-commerce next few weeks. It will excite the dull market.

Let see how the market perceive it or the market needs corporate chieftain like Mirzan?

Penang + Seberang Prai population 1.6 mil. Assume 4 per family, there are 400,000 families

assume each family one car, there are 400,000 cars.

Assume parking 60 Sen per hour, 8 hours per day. Every parking lots generate RM4.80 revenue.

If 100% occupancy rate, revenue everyday = 400,000 x RM4.80 = RM1.92 mil

Total days = 52 weeks x 5 = 260 days

Revenue per annum = 260 x RM1.92 mil = RM500 mil per annum

If occupancy rate is 50% instead of 100% , revenue per annum = RM250 mil

and so on ...

The model above might be a bit crude, but basically we talking about a business with revenue of at least tens of millions

Let's assume RM50 mil revenue

The implication ？

First let us look at market cap. Heitech market cap is only RM100 mil

Even if the parking concession profit margin is only 5%, we are talking about RM2.5 mil recurrent net profit

That alone can generate 25% earning to sustain the current market cap (RM10 mil earning and 10 times PER)

And don't forget they are getting so many other contracts from government
