I like the steady, solid move upwards. I think the market, like me, has reconciled with KSL's strategy moving forward. It is also used to the wild gyrations in its Q4 reported results. Having factored these in, the intrinsic value, once the property market begin to move north again, becomes attractive!
with soft property & generally weak market..company still making close to 200 m profit is already considered good..pe of 7 is well below other industry type...why worry..200 m x 5 = 1 b, 5 years back to rm2 still a good investment,
Please take note that if excludes fair value gain of RM56.1m, in KSL 4Q15 under property development division in actual fact registered an operating loss of -RM7.0m vis-à-vis an operating gain of RM47.5m in 4Q14.......source: KENANGA
hng33. Aiyah I know that but did not want to look at it pessimistically which is a myopic view. But the market is now taking notice of fair value gains especially in a depressed property market. For longer term, don't underestimate fair value gains!

Yeah, I think so. Furthermore the DRP will not work this time as most of shareholders will prefer to get cash after lesson from last few times.
