if a stock has 20% upside, but the visibility is super good and can happen within short period of time, shouldn't I recommend strongly ?

anyway, I am not really serious when I said 1.50 TP

1.50 is more like a minimum Target Price, with very high chance of happening

with a bit of luck, generous dividend payout and a bit of patience, 1.70 to 1.80 is not impossible

after all, PBA has always been trading at high PE in the past

From the chart, i think PBA will cross its RM 1.40 resistant level soon.

From the chart, SUBUR has moved above 200 SMA gradually in term of price and volume, signaling most likely it has gained enough momentum to move further upward. I hope SIFUs can comment this counter and its fair value. I think below RM 1.85 is still a good buy??? Considering :-
(i) the stock with very high treasury shares and high retained profit.
(ii) may give a small dividend although quarter result not good??
(iii) the coming Sarawak State Election will bring this stock to move further uptrend??
(iv) some of the timber/wood related stocks have move upward quite substantially.
(v) diversified counter.

I may wrong, pls assess and check!

aft7753, I think you have mistaken PBA with some other counter...
how will Sarawak state election affects the stock price of PBA?
And how timber counter has to do with PBA?
PBA is diversified counter?? All it's subsidiaries are related to water..

Get ready for this year end bonuses from PBA. Price should be able to shoot up more than that after the financial announcement probably by this Thursday or Friday. Hopefully, LGE will increase the dividends for this quarter which I think he will do so cause PBA is part of Pg's government investment company and also to increase Pg's income.

this quarter's results is consistent as previous quarter. looks like we can annualize the eps. hehe.. annual eps can be 16.8 cents. can i aim for TP @ 2.00? not too high right if we give it a PE @ 12 for it's the only listed water company left in bursa and it is a stable stock. there is a big hope it's final dividend payout will be adjusted/improved in Q4.
