i have no complain after collecting total 10 sen gross div (95% shares bought at 1.39, 5% shares bought last week at 1.51) don't mind zzzzz as this is a super fd account

there will be no offer like oskprop (takeover price 0.87, share price 1.31), olh will keep collecting from the open market. he have bought 15,043,400 shares in 3 days at price 1.63-1.66. he will keep collecting just like he did for osk prop

he must acquire 90% shares for mandatory general offer, he now together with osk equity have around 44%. His shareholdings will never reach 90% as most shareholders are not blind and sell to him cheap plus annual dividend will be at least 10 sen or more
fyi, 1% stake = 9,690,000 shares

10 sen dividend (i would say 2013 dividend will be slightly north of 10 sen) just started in year 2012, 2008-2010 (7.5 sen), 2011 (7 sen including share dividend). if osk can repeat another year of above 10 sen div, the share price will catch up.

meaning 100% will go up as i buy a lot at 1.39(collected 10 sen gross dividend) and some at 1.51(collected 2.5 sen gross div)
