Just by the dividend entitled from Rhbcap is already close to RM40 million and I strongly believe that Osk will give out higher dividend in coming year.

no, epf doesn't need that and olh cannot sell that piece either. biggest obstacle for epf is aabar. c the comment on rhb thread

RHB around 2500million share * 9.8% (OSK hold) = 245mil
245mil*0.16 = 39.2mil/970mil (OSK share issue) = 0.0404cents perunit share.

If 2nd dividen RHB able to pay another 6% (6cents) per unit, total payout = 0.22 = 245mil*0.22 = 53.9mil/970mil (OSK share issue) = 0.0556cents perunit

Anyone know OSK earning will reflect to RHB book value or retain in OSK itself? these will be different calculation based on different stituation.

10 cents is not bad - 6% ROI base on current share price.

But for long term, this counter has good potential to break RM2 at least. As the current share price does not reflect the actual value of the company compare to the NTA or PE.

the reason market does not reflect oskh share price according to its NTA is bcos; the actual value of the issued shares is in rhb, not oskh. in another words, the value has been divided.

if oskh exercise reverse split to reflect its holding in rhb shares, then only the share price gets a chance to aligned

market is smart, if not shares buy back, believe it would have been $1.5++ only

remember, got sellers mean got buyers; i see someone is dumping and someone is buying at price 1.62-1.64. strange movement as OSK have been sleeping for quite long time after sold off to RHB.
