I think Ong will successfully increase his share of OSK as probably most shareholders will stay as wait and see or no party afford or interested to own OSK for uncertain period of time that Ong has the advantage, the OSK stock will stay around rm1.68 or even below for some time and like OSKP last time although his take over offer of 87 sen well below NTA value now at the share price at RM1.27...Ong also manage to increase his indirect # share in OSKP to around 49% like getting it free from the small shareholders...unless all small /minor shareholders join to have strategy to fight back...look like no so possible

this is another classic case that minority showed full support when he needed help.
They grow the company together and they are old friend who hand in hand going through the tough time.
When he sees the company getting better and profitable, he just think of taking advantages from his old friend.
Come on.. please be considerate, the price of RM1.68 is really Fxxxing unfair and unreasonable.

If they've been keeping for so long why can't they wait a little longer n can benefit more. After all they can't lose much as the least they still will get RM1.68 from the offer price. Much to gain with the coming of dividend.

you will be rewarded for your patience, good stock is hard to come by. Price earning ratio; dividend yield; NTA; future earnings; balance sheet is excellent. Buy, keep and sleep well if market turns bad. Worse come to worst only lose 2cts if buy at $1.70
