The share price will certainly fall after div payout so that the owner can collect again. Company is making monies through company business and equity. It is not a considerate for the minor share holder at all. If you just want to collect dividend but are not looking for stock price appreciation. Then you may consider engtex, else there are lot more counters out there....

No need to sell, a good earning company, keep and earn dividend lo. It is just that I do not like the management philosophy. During good time, the management is already trying to maximise their own profit at the expense of minor share holder, just imagine if it is during bad time, what will they do ?

Buying a company share is just like joint venturing with the company, besides believing in the company prospect, you must choose a company with righteous management, else you can see the money, smell the money.. but the money will never go to your pocket.
I hope I am wrong about engtex.

Look for those stocks with good fundamental, and while during good time pay good div and buy back share at high points. This show the company commitment and confidence in the company future.

they should distribute the share instead of selling for recognation to shareholder like what most of the company did...Engtex is the only 1 selling to gain profit from treasure share.
