for full year 2013, the property division contributed only RM2.5m net profit. I interprete this positively, as going forward, it is expected to contribute more. Even if it only goes up to RM10m or RM15m (which is not incoceivable as nowadays, RM10m profit from property development is really no big deal), Engtex's earnigns would move up to a new level (RM60m to RM70m). This will cause the share price to hit RM3
