One broker forecast profit for 2015 about RM100m (substantiated by construction, property development projects). Market cap today is about RM660m. Forward PE is only 6.6x. I think upside at least 50% is there. Once it touches RM1 billion market cap, they will attract more analyst coverage and fund managers' radar, then it should command higher PE of 10-12x.

So upside is there.

Its not over. Its taking a break, before crossing Rm2.00 convincingly.
Its a good time to accumulate, I am waiting to take in more. It pays good dividend, PE below 10, and may be better in the quarters to come, I see big money here.

You need to make sure you can hold on to all that you have bought till the price goes up to reap the rewards. Don't add more if you unable to hold more. Just an advice

FPC, don't be scared. Sometime we need courage and intelligience.
PE is assumed to be improving, and analyst covering this forecast it going to Rm2.90. If we always scared we will continue to live in low cost housing and driving kancil.

Yes, don't be scared. This stock's fundamental is very strong. Its' rising patern is like Uzma. Look at Uzma now from RM1++ to RM6++, up and down is normal in stock market. Uzma can make it , don't be suprise Protasco and reach such level in future because the boss is quite generous in paying high dividend every year !

Looking at its past as a rough guide, the dividends will be more than FD. I would expect the share price to appreciate since they are handling more projects, hopefully they have better margins from them too. For me its worth to accumulate, possibility of winning higher.
With bigger projects and expansion overseas, should they decide to have a higher market cap, they still can give share split/bonus.

Wave 1, 3 and 5 are uptrend wave...Wave 3 is the best. Wave 2 and Wave 4 downtrend wave. so dont pray for wave 4....minor Wave 4 finished liao, thats why Wave 5 of Major Wave 3 coming.....after that sell....wait for Major Wave 4. This one drop kao kao...so shopping lor.

1. FYE2014F and FYE2015F is RM79m and RM102m (2013 is RM48m). Forward PE of 2014 = 8.17 or Forward PE for 2015 is only 6.3x (very low compared with peers in construction and properties, say 10-12 x)

2. MIDF TP of RM2.90, Construction and maintenance using PE of 9x & Property using 80% of RNAV, hence, there are upside since PE used is low. Construction (55%) + Property (45%).

3. MIDF forecast profit doubled in 2 years = LT growth of 8%. Using Benjamin calculation, the FV = RM3.60

4. Conclusion - potential upside and limited downside. Not many cover this stock yet. Upside is there. Authority has not approved its warrant bonus which was announced (retailers like it).

Minor wave 4 completing or completed....... Wave 5 which is up trending begins anytime...so jump in now. This is part of Major Wave 3' which is always BIG. Target don't know. So use other indicators to exit bcos Major Wave4 4 can be down quite abut then fly again on major wave 5.....
