Hengyuan is a hedge against crude oil. Crude oil dropping to below 100$, then Hengyuan will fly, crack spread will hold.

I don't think Hengyuan's story is over. The short term technical indicators for Hengyuan look weak, but the set-up looks amazing. They are waiting for crude oil to fall.

If crude oil keeps going up and refining margin flattens, Hengyuan profit margin will get destroyed. Hengyuan is a chinaman company with terrible management, resting on their laurels. Coastal has much better institutional support and less short-selling activities.
