DXN was a listed company and taken private last time.
think properly: last time the biz was so good, the owners decided to take private so they can enjoy all the company profits for themselves.
Now they relist. U think if biz still so good, they want to share the money with u? More likely owners see biz declining that's why they relist. So can earn money from u!
